Yes, still here…. had many visitors, did many fun things, but didn’t get time to update. One thing was to fly over the area in a small plane:
This is over the Confluence in Canyonlands National Park, where the Green and Colorado rivers meet. Discovered that it’s really hard to take pictures in a tiny Cessna, with the plane constantly moving, and shooting through plexiglass windows which washes out all of the colours.
We have Texas-sized holes in our rocks… or at least Texas-shaped ones:
Meanwhile the house across the street is moving along quickly:
Turns out it’s a twin home, aka duplex, aka semi-detached house; so two new neighbours.
Meanwhile the cats are dealing well with all of the visitors. I think they’re working on the theory that more people means more opportunities to be fed.
