We started landscaping the house – got rid of the weeds, put in gravel and irrigation everywhere, and planted a bunch of plants, a few cactus, and an ash tree out front.
Some of the power tools they used were scary…. this one digs the trench for the irrigation system. Kind of like the world’s largest chainsaw.
We have guests in town, so we’ve been being touristy things as well. We went for Sunday brunch at a nice place along the Colorado river; here is the view from our table:
