OK, sorry for the out-of-focus pic… but:
I think it *might* be skewed a bit by the outdoor sensor being in direct sunlight; it was nice out, but probably not 105 degrees. The 12% humidity, yes, that was probably accurate.
Meanwhile on the house front: kitchen cabinets are here! (Cabinets, no doors/drawers yet). A whole bunch of cabinets.
They’re also installing those interior doors; this is the kitchen pantry:
Needs baseboards, and the floor polished, but starting to look like a house.
