Next step is everything that needs to go under the floor: water lines (supply line from street, which is blue, and running water around the house, which is white – both plastic) and sewer lines (black). Most electrical is in the walls; there are a few short lines to plugs in the floor but that’s it.
To get in/out of the house the lines just go underneath the new foundation:
